Hoodlums Attack Police Checkpoint In Ogun State

Reports says that some hoodlums attacked a police checkpoint along the Obasanjo-Itele road in Ado Odo-Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria.

The hoodlums were said to have attacked the officers while on duty at about 3:11am.

It was disclosed that the hoodlums went away with the security operative’s AK-47 rifle and inflicted injuries on him.

A certain ASP Nasiru Azeez, Inspector Olabisi Lawrence and Inspector Atari Friday, were on duty at the checkpoint when the incident occurred. It was gathered by eonsintelligence that the hoodlums inflicted injuries on  Atari Friday’s head and he is currently receiving medicare at the General Hospital, Ota.
