This was proven in the US District Court during the deposition of University staff.
Now, political watchers from the opposition say it is up to the Supreme Court to do the constitutional duty to Nigeria people.
Deposition in ATIKU Vs Chicago State University, CSU stated under oath, Tuesday that the documents stamped with Chicago State University, CSU stamp in Tinubu’s custody were not from the school.
The school representative said “it is a Nigerian thing” to forge stamps of organizations”.

The school’s rep bluntly remarks under oath, “Forging stamps, seems like a Nigerian thing .”
One of Tinubu’s lawyers, Oluwole Afolabi , presented a document supposedly stamped with CSU insignia and the school denied it’s from them.
The CSU lawyers went on to say ‘it’s a Nigerian thing to forge documents’
in summary, officials of the the Chicago State University during deposition under oath, disowned the certificate Bola Tinubu presented to INEC to contest the 2023 Presidential election.
The officials denied the stamp and other items on the certificate and said they do not know where he got the certificate from.
