The Catholic Bishop Of Yola Diocese Rev Stephen Dami Mamza says Politicians have succeeded in dividing Nigerians.
Bishop Mamza disclosed this during the celebration of world Communication Day at St Augustine Catholic Church in Yola, Adamawa state.
Mamza called on Nigerians to shun any politicians that has the intention of dividing the peace loving people of the country
The Deputy Governor of the state made an appeal at the church service to commemorate the 2024 Annual World Communications Day of the Catholic Church held at Saint Augustine Catholic Church Bekaji, Jimeta.
Professor Kaletapwa Farauta said lack of proper communication is the reason many relationship are broken and stressed the importance of communication to human existence.
She appreciated the media for their service to humanity and also advised them to always report stories that will bring about unity rather than disunity.
Striving Maduwa, an Adamawa State resident appeallef to media practitioners to be truthful and just in their reportage.
