VIDEO: Nigeria’s Military Recover Stolen Crude Oil

The Nigerian Military High Command says it troops have recovered 1,013,530 litres of stolen crude oil, 299,169 litres of illegally refined AGO and 3,158 litres of DPK in the last one week.

 

Director Defence Media Operations (DMO), Major General Edward Buba who disclosed this while addressing journalists during a bi-weekly press briefing in Abuja on the ongoing Military Operations noted that the Military operations clearly indicate that they are hunting the terrorist commanders and their seniors leadership. As according to DMO, Troops also arrested 30 perpetrators of oil theft and rescued 21 kidnapped hostages.

When asked about the military arresting Victims instead of perpetrators in the recent Christmas Eve attacks on Plateau communities, Major General Buba explained that the Military makes random arrest in the course of its operations then free innocent ones afterwards.

The Military High Command maitains that the ongoing operations remains unchanged and clear even in the new year 2024, as the aim is to find and destroy the terrorists wherever they maybe hiding in order to ensure their enduring defeat and as well deny the terrorists the ability to hurt citizens across country.
