Maiduguri, the Borno State capital is in festive mood as residents are out on the streets for the arrival of the Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu.
President Bola Tinubu arrived Maiduguri to attend the Chief of Army Staff Annual Conference 2023.
President Tinubu who is visiting the north-eastern part of the country for the first time since assumption of office, is to attend the Nigerian Army Annual Conference, as the Special Guest of Honour.
The President will declare open the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Conference, and also unveil 107 solar powered vehicles provided by Borno State Government for the state owned Mass Transit Company, Borno Express.
