The Military and Police in Zamfara State, Northeast Nigeria have rescued 100 victims who were kidnapped from Manawa Village of Mutunji District in Dansadau Emirate of Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
Terrorists on June 8 stormed Manawa Village and abducted 100 residents including Nursing mothers, males, and children.
The freed victims, who were in hostage for 42 days, were released without paying any ransom, and they would be medically checked before being reunited with their families.
