The coach of the Nigerian Flying Eagles, Aliyu Zubairu, has discussed the opposition in their group before Thursday’s first group encounter.
Burkina Faso will play the first group game against the reigning champions under Zubairu, and the Ivorian team will play the last group match.
El Kanemi Warriors’ coach claimed that after gathering data on both opponents, they examined them to identify their advantages and disadvantages.
“We have information on both Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire,” a confident coach Zubairu said on Wednesday.
“We have analysed both teams with the players, we know their weaknesses and strengths.”
