The 2023 Governorship Candidate of the Social Democratic Party SDP in Rivers State Senator Magnus Abe has called on Rivers people to provide an enabling environment for Governor Siminialayi Fubara to bring out his best in servicing the state as Governor.
Abe while speaking on a radio Special Programme in Port Harcourt said the numerous distractions in the state may affect the performance of the Governor.
He further asked the people to give the Governor the needed time to settle down in office for people to benefit the dividends of democracy in the state
On the resignation of the factional speaker Edison Ehie from the Rivers State House of Assembly, Abe noted that the decision of the lawmaker may be connected to the comment by Governor Fubara over the implementation of the Presidential Proclamation.
