Former Fenerbahce wing-back, Abdullah Ercan, has opined that the presence of both Victor Osimhen and Mauro Icardi in the same Galatasaray team is unfair for other Turkish Super Lig clubs.
After failed moves to Chelsea and Al-Ahli on deadline day in the top five European leagues,
Osimhen joined Galatasaray in the summer on loan from Napoli.
Both Osimhen and Icardi have been firing impressive for Galatasaray so far.
They have scored eight goals and provided six assists between them this season.
Speaking with A SPOR, Ercan said: “Mauro Icardi and Victor Osimhen in Galatasaray are an unfair competition for the Super Lig”.
Meanwhile, Osimhen recently played down competition with Icardi and Michy Batshuayi.
The Super Eagles striker insisted that he has things to learn from them, adding that all of them will improve each other’s quality in Galatasaray.
