The Court in a unanimous ruling delivered by the Chairman of the Court, Justice Haruna Tsammani dismissed the application for lacking in merit.

They held that the request was though novel but not supported by any law in the country for now.

The Five-man panel said that the request was not rooted from the petition Atiku and Obi filed before the Court.

Justice Tsammani also said that the request was capable of turning the Court to Stadium or market square and that such must not be allowed for now.

Justice Tsammani further held that granting live telecast of the proceedings of the petition would not add any totalitarian value to the petition.

The Chairman of the panel finally held that the petition was without merit and subsequently dismissed it.
