Troian Bellisario isn’t keeping any motherhood secrets from Shay Mitchell.
More than seven years after Pretty Little Liars ended, the former costars’ bond has remained strong. And Shay—who shares daughters Atlas, 5, and Rome, 2, with boyfriend Matte Babel—revealed how her fellow Liar has helped her navigate life as a mom.
“Troian’s given me so much advice,” the 37-year-old told People. “And it’s really great that we still have this amazing friendship.”
For her part, Troian, 39, is mom to Aurora, 6, and Elliott, 3, with husband Patrick J. Adams. And Shay and Troian’s special bond extends to costar Ashley Benson, who shares daughter Aspen, 8 months, with husband Brandon Davis.
“That friendship will be one we’ll have for a lifetime,” the Béis founder continued. “And it’s just so awesome to see both of them grow into mothers.”
Shay has previously given insight into how the Pretty Little Liars stars have rallied around one another as they’ve welcomed their little ones. And for the You alum, Troian proved to be a major source of support as she also knows what life with two girls is like.
