Victor Boniface has completed his transfer to Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr with immediate effect. Bayer Leverkusen and Al-Nassr have reached a total agreement, with the German club set to receive a transfer fee exceeding €60 million for the Nigerian striker.
Boniface, 23, had already given his verbal agreement to the move, and leverkusen coach had confirmed Boniface deal, after passing his medical, he is now officially an Al-Nassr player. The prolific forward will earn a staggering €15 million net per season as he joins forces with Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mané in Riyadh.
This transfer marks another high-profile signing for Al-Nassr, who continue to strengthen their squad with elite European talent. Boniface, who was instrumental in Bayer Leverkusen’s Bundesliga title charge, is expected to bring his goal-scoring prowess and physical presence to the Saudi Pro League.
With this deal, Leverkusen secure a massive profit on the player they signed just last summer, while Boniface embarks on a new chapter in his career, set to shine on the Middle Eastern stage.
