The Ogun State Government has announced the requirements for prospective applicants interested in the Ogun State Teaching Experience Acquisition Channel (OgunTEACh) Internship Program.
This initiative, aimed at addressing vacancies in public primary, secondary, and technical colleges, is part of the government’s efforts to enhance the quality of education across the state.
Here is everything you need to apply for the ‘OgunTEACh’ internship programme
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must hold a minimum of a National Certificate in Education (NCE) or a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Education (B.A. Ed/B.Sc. Ed/B.Ed), with a minimum of a Second Class Lower in relevant subjects.
Non-Education Graduates:
Candidates without a formal education degree are required to possess a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from a recognized institution.

Technical Roles:
For positions in technical colleges, applicants must hold a B.Sc. Ed in Technical Education, a B.Sc. in Engineering, B.Eng., or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant engineering fields.
The application process is conducted through the Ogun State Job Portal, and online registration is open from Wednesday, October 16, to Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
Successful candidates, known as TEACh-Interns, will be assigned to schools based on local needs and will receive a monthly stipend during their two-year internship.
Interested individuals should apply via the Ogun State Job Portal at teach.ogunstate.gov.ng.
