The Lesotho Senior National team, Likuena arrived in Durban on Wednesday afternoon to fine tune their preparations for their crucial TotalEnergies African Nations Championship second round, first leg fixture against Angola set for Moses Mabhida Stadium this Saturday.
Angola will host the reverse fixture on December 28th at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda with the winner of the two-legged tie guaranteed a spot in the next year tournament to be co-hosted by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
The two-legged tie presents Likuena with an opportunity to secure their first qualification to the biennial tournament, which is eligible for only players playing in their national league competitions. Likuena will have their first training session in Durban on Thursday morning.
