Alix Earle Shares Update on Braxton Berrios’ “Devastating” Recovery After Injury
The beat has stopped in Ashtin Earle and John Summit’s relationship.
TikToker Alix Earle’s younger sister confirmed she and the popular DJ have called it quits four months after speculation began that they were dating. And despite wanting to let things blow over, Ashtin confirmed the news—with the help of her sister.
“Well honestly, just to be candid with you guys,” Alix said during the Hot Mess podcast Dec. 19. “I tried to get Ashtin to talk about the status of her relationship or non-relationship.”
Alix, 24, noted that her sister wanted to avoid any “drama” surrounding the reveal, but said that it was time for her to share the news. Agreeing with her sister, the 21-year-old confirmed her single status.
“That’s the thing,” Ashin noted. “There is no drama.”
Alix confirmed what her sister was too nervous to share adding, “it ended up ending amicably.”
In fact, the influencer—who is dating NFL star Braxton Berrios—noted that she wanted to end the chatter surrounding Ashtin and John’s romance.

The influencer debuted a step-by-step terrifying transformation into the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, which included prosthetics, whiskers, yellow contact lenses, a purple lace Versace bodysuit, a long, dark red wig and elaborate pink and purple makeup and body paint.
“Naturally, we have to scare everyone,” the 23-year-old said in a GRWM-themed TikTok video shared Oct. 26.
Alix wore her costume to a “Mad Forest”-themed Halloween party she hosted in Los Angeles the day before.
“So my friends and I actually came up with this costume idea last year and I knew I wanted to have a party and I kinda wanted there to be a theme so I was just like, Halloween, ghosts, skeletons,” she explained. “But I feel like Alice in Wonderland has a good creepy vibe that aren’t like every other Halloween party so we created the Mad Forest.”

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver has been placed on the team’s injured reserve list after tearing his ACL during a match against the Indianapolis Colts Oct. 20.
“Absolutely heartbroken,” Braxton wrote on Instagram Oct. 21. “Due to an injury yesterday my season is over, the road ahead is measured in months and not days, but I find comfort in knowing I’ve been here before.”
The 29-year-old added that he believes despite all the setbacks, he will persevere as he’s always done: “There’s pain along the way, but what’s on the other side makes it all worth it.”
“Initially all I want to do is play victim and question everything,” he continued, “but I know God and I know he makes no mistakes. After the dust settles the choice each day is going to be pretty straightforward—have this be a part of my story or have it be the end of my story.”
