The South Sudan Football Association (SSFA) has announced the postponement of the highly anticipated draws and release of fixtures for the South Sudan Premier League.
Initially scheduled to take place on November 26, 2024, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, the event has been deferred due to the involvement of SSFA leadership in the Sports Financing Conference, which runs from November 26 to 29.
In a statement issued after the SSFA Board of Directors’ extraordinary meeting No. 12/2024, the association emphasized its commitment to ensuring a smooth and well-organized process for the Premier League. The board assured stakeholders and fans that a new date for the event will be communicated in due course.
The Sports Financing Conference, which is a significant platform for discussing sustainable funding strategies for sports development, highlights SSFA’s broader priorities in promoting and advancing football in South Sudan.
