The drama between Queen Dami, a former wife of the late Alaafin of Oyo, and controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has taken a new turn as Dami responded to Portable’s earlier accusations.
In a viral social media video, Queen Dami refuted Portable’s claims and accused him of domestic violence.
Dami revealed that Portable physically assaulted her to the point of unconsciousness during their time together.
She added that her body is full of scars from Portable’s persistent violence towards her yet she didn’t leave just to avoid promiscuity.
She denied Portable’s allegations of infidelity, saying, “I never slept with any other man while in Portable’s house.”

Addressing the controversial statement linking her to the death of the late Alaafin, Dami firmly said, “I know nothing about the death of Alaafin. How can I wish the father of my son dead when I’m not insane,” Dami Clarified.
She also admitted to deliberately avoiding pregnancy with Portable, saying, “I deliberately didn’t want to get pregnant for you.”
Queen Dami also called out Portable for allegedly mistreating her while favouring his wife.
She said, “Your wife uses a car while I ride a bike, yet I didn’t leave you.”
She went on to curse him, declaring, “It will never be well with you. You’ll die young, and all that you have shall perish. God will judge you.”
Dami further criticized Portable for his alleged pattern of abuse towards women in his household.
“You’re beating every woman in your house, and I know, soonest, they will be wise enough to leave.”
This public feud has ignited widespread reactions on social media, with many condemning the toxic nature of their relationship.
