A yet to be identified pastor has been paraded and later arrested for sleeping with a married woman in Edo State.
In a video that surfaced on the internet on Monday, the pastor was seen being taken around the community by locals after he was brought before the leaders of the community.
He was later arrested by the Police and taken to the station.
Netizens have however condemned the arrest of the pastor, stating that no criminal offense was committed to warrant an arrest.
They noted that the Police is meant to stay out of certain issues, arguing that adultery is not a criminal offense.
Others have questioned why the married woman was also not paraded, stating that two persons were involved in the act.
