Victor Osimhen, the striker for Galatasaray, resumed training on Thursday after missing the team’s match against Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish Cup.
Due to illness, the Nigerian international missed the match.
In the fiercely contested match, Galatasaray and Istanbul Basaksehir fought to a 2-2 tie.
As they rehearse for their upcoming Turkish Super Lig match, Osimhen was in a positive frame of mind.
On Saturday, Okan Buruk’s team will travel to Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium to play the same opponent.
The 26-year-old has made 16 appearances for Galatasaray this season, tallying 13 goals and five assists.
