Ekiti Queens have completed the signing of 14 new players for the 2024-25 Nigeria Women Football League season.
The club’s team manager, Mrs Mojisola Adekanye made the announcement in Ekiti.
Adekanye stated that the club retained 15 players from last season.
Ekiti United head coach, Jacob Vandi, said that the team is ready for the new season.
“With the entries of the new players, we are more than well prepared for the forthcoming league, we are fully ready for the task ahead,” Vandi told NAN.
“NWFL is not a child’s play because as premiership players, you must have a lion’s heart to fight your way out.
“Before now, the team have difficulty in scoring goals in the last season but with the help of God and some of our newly signed players to add to the attacking force and attacking midfielders, Ekiti Queens FC will be formidable.”
