Heartland has stated that they are determined to defeat Rangers in this weekend’s Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Oriental derby.
On Sunday, the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri will host the matchday 13 match between Emmanuel Amuneke’s team and Rangers.
“Another Oriental derby is upon us,” Heartland wrote on X.
“We are poised to put the Flying Antelopes to the sword.
“We are the Naze Millionaires!.”
In their last three Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) games, Heartland has not lost.
Last season, Heartland lost to Rangers 2-1 in the same match.
Rangers’ goals came from Emmanuel Onyebuchi and Kalu Nweke, while Heartland’s consolation goal came from Chukwuebuka Ogbonna.
