King Charles III is serious about his fitness.
Indeed, he recently revealed his workout routine while speaking with a group of Olympians—and it’s literally fit for a king.
During a Nov. 7 reception at Buckingham Palace for 2024 Paris athletes, the 75-year-old royal told sprinter Desiree Henry via The Telegraph, that he “exercises twice a day,” revealing that he incorporates “squats and does the pull-up bar.”
And when it comes to executing the routine, Charles—who was solo during the engagement as his wife Queen Camilla recovers from a chest infection— keeps it concise.
Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, has been putting his health and fitness on display by making trips all over the world. Last week, the king and queen consort embarked on a multi-day tour of Australia and Samoa.
In February, Charles announced that he was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer. In the months that followed, the royal stepped out of the spotlight as he underwent chemotherapy treatment.
