Enyimba FC defeated Black Bulls to claim their first CAF Confederation Cup victory for the first time in the group stage.
Ifeanyi Ihemekwele, Brown Ideye, and Joseph Atule each scored a brace to give the People’s Elephant their first victory in ten games in all competitions.
Ihemekwele scored his sixth goal for Enyimba FC against Black Bulls.
He is now the team’s leading scorer for the current campaign.
The Aba Giants remain in third place in Group D of the 2024–2025 CAF Confederation Cup as a result of the outcome.
Under Stanley Eguma’s leadership, the Aba giants will be hoping to win their remaining games.
