Kakamega Homeboyz have been urged to go for the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League title after the managed to renew their partnership with betting firm Mozzartbet Kenya.
On Monday, the Kakamega-based announced that the leading gaming firm and club sponsor Mozzartbet Kenya Limited had renewed their affiliation with the club for the next year.
Mozzart Bet Kenya County Manager Sasa Krneta has told the club to focus and wrestle the league title from Gor Mahia.
“Excited to continue our partnership with Kakamega Homeboyz for the fifth year. Let’s make this season a great one and bring home the title. Come on, Homeboyz,” said Krneta.
Homeboyz chairman Cleophas Shimanyula has promised that the club will go for the league title and the domestic Cup.”We are happy to have managed to renew the deal, Mozzartbet Kenya are very good partners, we have not had any issues with them since they started supporting us.
“We always get money as a greed and on time, recently when we had financial difficulties to travel to Mombasa, they came in quickly and helped us, so we want to win the league for them, I want to promise them that apart from the league, we will also for the FKF Cup,” explained Shimanyula.
Shimanyula further confirmed they will beef up the squad during the on-going transfer window. “With the renewal, we will make five additional signings during the mid-season transfer window with the aim of winning the FKF-Premier League title,” he affirmed. “We urge our followers to continue supporting Mozzartbet Kenya because they mean well for football at the grassroots levels,” he said.
Homeboyz began partnership with Mozzartbet Kenya with an initial three-year contract on December 29, 2020, and today marks their fifth year of engagement with the gaming firm.
