Gwyneth Paltrow is saying goodbye to her longtime abode.
The Oscar winner recently sold her 8,000 sq. ft. Los Angeles home for $22 million, according to property records obtained by the Wall Street Journal.
Initially listed at $29.99 million in May, the single-story property’s asking price was slashed five months later to $24.9 million before the Goop founder accepted the winning bid, per the records obtained by the outlet. She originally purchased the home for $9.95 million in 2012 with then-husband Chris Martin.
Located in the Mandeville Canyon community nestled within Brentwood, the home—which was built in the 1950s and renovated in 2009—features six bedrooms and a large open kitchen, while a one-bedroom guesthouse on the premises has its own gym, office, wine cellar and game room, according to WSJ.
As for why the Iron Man star opted to offload the property? Her listing agent Lea Porter previously told the outlet that Gwyneth, 52, wanted to downsize as her daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18—both of whom she shares with the Coldplay frontman—get older.
