Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) has assured its customers that efforts are underway to fine-tune and optimize its systems, following a recent upgrade to improve service quality across the country.
In a message sent to customers on Wednesday, the bank announced that its digital banking channels and branches are now fully operational, marking the completion of the upgrade.
“We are at work fine-tuning and optimising our new systems to ensure that the quality of your service experience with us is significantly enhanced,” the message stated.
GTBank expressed gratitude for customers’ patience during the transition, adding, “We thank you for your understanding and support during this transition; your continued trust means everything to us.”
To address any inquiries or concerns, the bank has provided multiple channels for customer support.
The system upgrade, which took place between October 11 and 14, temporarily disrupted banking services, causing some inconvenience to customers.
However, with the upgrade now complete, GTBank is optimistic that the improved infrastructure will deliver a smoother banking experience moving forward.
The upgrade was part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to adopt a new banking application system aimed at enhancing its overall service delivery.
