The world of football is in mourning after the death of Moroccan Abdelaziz Barrada yesterday. The news broke early yesterday evening.
Aged 35, Abdelaziz Barrada unfortunately died following a heart attack. It was the Moroccan press that announced the death of the former footballer, retired from the field since 2021. Having played for Paris FC, the native of Provins then joined US Sénart-Moissy before settling down at Paris Saint-Germain (reserve) in 2007.
Subsequently, he defended the colors of Getafe, Al-Jazira, Olympique de Marseille, Al Nasr (Dubai), Antalyaspor, Nastic Tarragona, Al-Shahania and US Lusitanos Saint-Maur. The former midfielder had also proudly worn the jersey of the Moroccan national team.
His former clubs, his country and several personalities around the world paid tribute to him.
