Arsenal threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Aston Villa, putting a dent on their Premier League title hopes.
The Gunners came into the game looking to keep up with Liverpool, who scored two late goals to beat Brentford 2-0 earlier in the day.
Gabriel Martinelli opened the scoring for the hosts, forcing Leandro Trossard’s cross into Villa’s net.
Kai Havertz doubled their advantage 10 minutes after the restart, with Trossard providing yet another assist.
But Unai Emery’s men fought their way back into the contest with two quick goals.
Youri Tielemans stooped to head in, before Ollie Watkins equalised with a finish at the back post.
The result means Mikel Arteta’s men remain in second place with 44 points.
Arsenal are now six points behind Liverpool, who have a game in hand.
The Gunners have now dropped 12 points from winning positions in the Premier League this season, their most in a single campaign since 2019-20 (21).
