A youth corps member has expressed frustration after receiving just ₦3,600 from the Federal Government as a transportation allowance.

In a post shared on X, formerly Twitter, he humorously pleaded with GIG Motors to accept the amount for his journey back to Jos.

The youth corps member included a screenshot showing the ₦3,600 payment, highlighting his disbelief at the low amount and questioning how he would cover his transportation costs.

Tagging GIG Motors in his post, he appealed for their assistance, asking if they could accept the sum as fare.

He wrote, “The Federal Government of Nigeria has sent me transport fare to head back home after my NYSC. Dear @GIGMobility, I hope you can accept this and take me back to Jos, Plateau State, from the Southwest.”
