Coach Didi Dramani has officially unveiled the Black Galaxies’ squad for the crucial two-legged CHAN qualifiers against Nigeria. The first leg is set to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
After weeks of rigorous training and tactical drills, the final squad promises to display resilience and determination as they prepare to face their archrivals. The team, consisting of players drawn from the Ghana Premier League, reflects a blend of youth and experience, poised to uphold the nation’s pride in this pivotal encounter.
The squad features three goalkeepers: Benjamin Asare (Hearts of Oak SC), Kofi Mensah (Nations FC), and Appiah Kubi (Medeama SC). The defensive line is bolstered by the likes of Kamaridini Mamudu andSulemana Fatawu (Medeama SC), while the midfield boasts talents such as Amankona Stephenand Hafiz Ibrahim (Attram de Visser).
The attack will rely on the creativity and firepower of players like Samuel Tetteh (FC Samartex 1996), Albert Amoah (Asante Kotoko SC), and Jerry Afriyie (Thoughts FC) to secure crucial goals.
