Brazil and Nike have renewed their iconic partnership with a landmark agreement that will last until 2038. The new deal is worth $100 million annually, marking a significant increase from the previous $35 million per year.
For the first time, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) will also receive profits from jersey sales, a major addition to their revenue stream.
CBF President Ednaldo Rodrigues hailed the agreement as “one of the most sustainable and fruitful partnerships in football.” Nike, which has been Brazil’s sponsor since 1996, will continue to supply kits for all Brazilian national teams, including men’s, women’s, futsal, and beach soccer squads. The deal aligns Brazil with other top footballing nations, such as France and Germany, whose sponsorships also exceed $100 million annually.
This extension highlights Nike’s faith in Brazil’s global football appeal, rooted in the Seleção’s five World Cup wins and dazzling style of play. Alongside Brazil, Nike sponsors other major teams, including England, Croatia, and Nigeria, further cementing its influence in the football world.
