Nigerian doctor and medical influencer, Chinonso Egemba popularly known as Aproko doctor, has replied man who said sleeping is a recipe for poverty.
Aproko doctor in a tweet on Wednesday, urged Nigerians to take their sleep seriously and ensure they have maximum rest time.
A tweep, Morris Monye, had in a tweet, expressed his dislike for people who are still asleep by 7 or 8am.
He stated, “Hate when I message people by 6am or 7am and they are still sleeping.
Too much sleep is a recipe for poverty.
However, reacting to this, Aproko doctor noted that little or lack of sleep leads to medical complications in the long run.
He stated that lots of people are suffering because of little sleep.
He wrote, “Abeg sleep o! Little sleep is a recipe for dementia in old age.
People are suffering because of little sleep.
