Josh Allen is raising eyebrows with his unusual pregame ritual.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback detailed his routine before stepping onto the field for every NFL game—and it included an unexpected trip to the bathroom.
Describing his pre-game plans in a video shared to TikTok Jan. 26, Josh said, “Throw up, listen to my playlist and drink water.”
And the 28-year-old—who announced his engagement to Hailee Steinfeld in November following more than one year of dating—provided a step-by-step rundown of his vomiting habits.
“Right after pre-game, come in the locker room,” Josh continued, “go do my deal, listen to my music, drink some water and some mouthwash.”
While his unconventional routine didn’t clinch him the win against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game on Jan. 26, it earned him plenty of laughs from fans who found the confession refreshingly relatable.
