After playing three consecutive matches in Polokwane, Kaizer Chiefs will take a trip to Nelspruit in the province of Mpumalanga this coming long weekend to play their penultimate match of 2024 against TS Galaxy on Monday, 16 December.
Chiefs will be happy to have defender Reeve Frosler back from suspension after serving his two-match ban.
Coach Nasreddine Nabi’s headache will be the recovery of some of his players who have been sidelined by injury.
They include Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, Dillan Solomons and Bradley Cross, who was substituted after a vicious tackle in Sunday’s game against Polokwane City.
Coach Nabi’s team will want to bounce back after dropping all three points against Polokwane City last weekend while Galaxy were victorious in their battle against AmaZulu on Sunday.
Galaxy are 11th on the log and have collected nine points in as many games. Chiefs are in 9th place, with 11 points after 8 matches.
