The Flames local based players had two training sessions on Monday at the Bingu Nation Stadium in Lilongwe as they prepare for Thursday’s AFCON Qualifier against Burundi in Ivory Coast.
The team will leave on Tuesday through Kamuzu International Airport. The foreign based players will join the team in Abidjan.
The following is the full squad: Goalkeepers: William Thole (Mighty Mukuru Wanderers), George Chikooka (Silver Strikers) and Richard Chimbamba (FCB Nyasa Big Bullets).
Defenders: MacDonald Lameck, Maxwell Paipi, Nickson Mwase (Silver Strikers), Gomezgani Chirwa, Nickson Nyasulu, Alick Lungu (FCB Nyasa Big Bullets), Dennis Chembezi (Al Qasim SC-Iraq), Charles Petro (FC Botosani-Romania), Timothy Silwimba (Mighty Mukuru Wanderers).
