Hojlund Goal Earns Man United Vital Win Over Brentford

by admin

Following their thrilling comeback victory over Brentford 2-1 at Old Trafford on Saturday, Manchester United went back to winning ways.

United entered the match fresh off five games in a row without a victory (four draws, one loss).

After Brentford’s Ethan Pinnock gave them the lead in five minutes of first-time added time, it appeared as though their dismal run would continue.

However, Alejandro Garnacho gave Erik ten Hag team an equaliser three minutes into the second half.

Rasmus Hojlund scored for United in the 62nd minute to put the team ahead.

After eight games, the Red Devils move up to 10th place with 11 points with the victory over Brentford.

In other games, Brighton and Hove Albion defeated Newcastle United 1-0 at St. James’ Park, while Everton triumphed 2-0 away to Ipswich Town.
