The upcoming 2024 Humanitarian Awards will celebrate three distinguished personalities for their exceptional contributions to social welfare and community development.
The awards ceremony will take place in Abuja from August 19 to 24, 2024, highlighting the remarkable achievements of the dedicated leaders.
Zulaihat Dikko Radda, the First Lady of Katsina State and founder of Safe Space Humanitarian Initiative, will be honoured for her significant efforts in creating safe environments for vulnerable communities. Her Foundation has made impactful strides in providing support and relief, focusing on enhancing safety and fostering community resilience.
Nkechinyere Mbah, First Lady of Enugu State and founder of Custos Care Foundation (CCF), is being recognised for her tireless work in child care and social support. Through CCF, she has championed programs that improve the well-being of children and offer crucial resources to families in need.
Also, Hajiya Huriyya Dauda Lawal, the First Lady of Zamfara State, will also be celebrated for her commitment to community development. Her initiatives have significantly improved the welfare of women and children in Zamfara, addressing critical issues and driving positive change in the region.
