by admin

The WAFU B U-20 Championship semi-final tie between Nigeria’s Flying Eagles and Niger Republic has been shifted to Sunday night.

The encounter, which is slated for the Stade Municipal, Lome was originally fixed for this afternoon.

DAILY POST learnt the game will now be played at the same venue by 7pm on Sunday.

Flying Eagles were in action against Cote d’Ivoire on Thursday.

Aliyu Zubairu’s side defeated the Ivorians 2-1 to seal a place in the last four.

Victory against Niger Republic will guarantee them a place at the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in South Africa.
