Kristin Cavallari Gets Candid About Being “Very Thin” Due to “Unhappy Marriage” With Jay Cutler
Jay Cutler is facing legal trouble.
The former Chicago Bears player—who shares kids Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 8, with ex Kristin Cavallari—was arrested after a minor traffic collision for a first offense of driving while intoxicated and possession of a handgun while under the influence, according to jail records viewed by E! News.
Jay, 41, was arrested on the evening of Oct. 17 in Franklin, Tenn., where he was booked at Williamson County Jail before posting a $5,000 bail later that night—released at around 10 p.m. In addition to the aforementioned charges, the 41-year-old also faces failure to exercise due care—or following appropriate road rules and regulations—and violation of implied consent law, due to refusing a sobriety exam, according to documents obtained by E! News.
E! News has reached out to reps for Jay but has not yet heard back.
The former NFL star’s arrest comes shortly after Kristin, who recently split from Mark Estes—spoke out about dating amid her and Jay’s recently changed custody agreement. (For his part, Jay debuted a romance with Samantha Robertson in 2023).
