FIFA U17: Copper Princesses hit the gym in Santo Domingo in readiness for World Cup

by admin

The Zambia U17 Women’s National Team were hard at work in the Dominican Fiesta Hotel three days before their FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup Dominican Republic 2024 Group D opener against Brazil.

Monday’s gym session focussed on building strength and conditioning as the Copper Princesses prepare to compete in the World Cup a decade after they made their debut in Costa Rica.

The Copper Princesses’ other group opponents include Poland and Japan, with all their matches set to take place at the Estadio Felix Sanchez in the Dominican Republic’s captain of Santo Domingo.

The gym at the Fiesta Hotel was busy as all the 21 Copper Princesses took part in the session.
