APC chairmen endorse Ganduje, say Wike added value to Tinubu’s Govt

by admin

Tony Okocha of Rivers state and Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), have been praised by the chairmen of the party in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for maintaining stability within the party.

The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, was also praised by the APC State Chairmen Forum for his excellent work over the past year that has improved President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

The forum, chaired by Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi and secretary Alphonsus Ogar Eba, expressed their stance yesterday at the APC national secretariat in Abuja, ahead of the national chairman receiving a letter of praise.

In a statement on behalf of the forum, its secretary and chairman of Cross River State, Eba, praised Ganduje for his unwavering support of the APC Rivers State Executive Committee’s decision to suspend Emeka Beke, the former executive, and further restrain him by the Rivers State High Court.

He claims that the conference also singled out Wike as a performing minister of the Federal Executive Council led by Tinunu, whose efforts are evident in all areas, including the enormous expansion of the FCT’s infrastructure, security measures, and human capital development, all of which were greatly commended.

Yesterday, the Forum of All Progressives Congress (APC) States Chairmen convened to deliberate on matters that hold significant importance for the democratic principles of the party and the triumph of the APC-led administration, led by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his dependable Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima. After this press conference, the national chairman of our wonderful party will receive a letter of appreciation for his unwavering support of the APC Rivers State Executive Committee’s decision to suspend Chief Emeka Beke, who was later further restrained by the Rivers State High Court.

To the blind and deaf, the actions of Chief Tony Okocha’s executives over the last seven months have not only turned the Rivers State APC Chapter into one of the most resilient, active, and lively Chapters, but also given the doldrums, docility, and chicanery that once characterized the APC’s political climate in Rivers State before the general election of 2023 a new lease on life.

Therefore, as a Forum, we have decided to unite in our praise of the National Working Committee’s decision in this regard, even as we commit to keeping up our communication with them to develop our democratic ethos, foster unity, and bring about long-lasting peace in each of our party’s chapters where there are outstanding issues.

The Forum also singled out His Excellency Nyesom Wike, who leads the Federal Executive Council led by President Asiwaju, as a performing minister whose contributions are evident in every aspect. We greatly appreciate his extensive security measures, human capital development, and infrastructure development of the Federal Capital Territory.

“The Forum would like to use this opportunity to congratulate him and to convey our sincere gratitude and support for his unique and outstanding performance in his role as Honorable Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Eba stated, “The Forum will always be grateful to everyone who helps the party flourish and President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration succeed.
