Several arrests on the sidelines of Dynamo kyiv

The UEFA Europa League returned this Wednesday evening, in the same format as the new Champions League. On this occasion, Marco Baroni’s Lazio faced Dynamo kyiv in Hamburg (Germany).

The match was totally dominated by the Romans, victorious (3-0). But the day before this match was marked by clashes between supporters of the two clubs. The German police arrested armed Lazio supporters before the Europa League match against Dynamo kyiv in Hamburg.

Around sixty of them were arrested by the German authorities. According to the accounts of several police officers, some supporters were carrying knives, clubs and other weapons. The latter were checked on Tuesday at the end of the day and placed in detention until Wednesday.

Lazio had published a statement on this subject, a few hours before the match: “During the search, dangerous objects were found. The group of individuals was arrested by the police and denied access to the stadium. “No arrests have been reported,” the Roman club reported.
