The National Examination Council, NECO on Tuesday released the 2023 Senior School Certificate Examination internal results.
Prof. Dantani Wushishi, NECO Rregistrar said the result summary shows that 61.60% scored five credits, including English and Mathematics.
12,000 representing 0.07 per cent, against 13,594, representing 0.13 per cent in 2022.
The number of candidates who registered for the exam was one million two hundred and five thousand eight hundred and eighty eight students and the number of candidates who sat for the exams was one million one hundred and ninety six thousand nine hundred and eighty five students.
Over 616,000 males and over 580,000 females sat for the Examination.
The number of candidates with 5 credits and above, including English and Maths is 737, 308.
