The Nigeria Custom Service (NSC) Adamawa/Taraba command recorded significant success when it intercepted and seized items from smugglers at a community that borders Cameron and Nigeria in Adamawa State.
According to the controller, Isyaka Ganiyu Adeboyega at a press briefing where he listed the seized items to include:4,649 Fertilizers of 50kg, 1,500 sachet of banned Tramadol, foreign rice, 562 Jerry cans of Premium Motor Spirit, second hand clothes 37 bales, Assorted phones, PCS 838, 955 wrists watches, Vehicle 22units and Foreign Soap, Cigarettes, used tyres and other fabrics.
The controller of the command has warned smugglers to desist from smuggling, promising that no smuggler will not go unpunished whenever caught.
