Adamawa state Deputy Governor, Professor, Kaletapwa Farauta
has read a riot act to Commissioners newly appointed into the state cabinet.

She has asked them
to deliver on schedules and add value or have their portfolio terminated.

Speaking at a retreat organized for the Commissioners Wednesday in Yola, Farauta insisted that the government is committed to the provision of more infrastructural facilities and urged them to be goal directed and accountable as key to productivity in the discharge of their new assignments.

Farauta pointed out that good governance entails elected officials to account for their behavior at all times.

She says, “Keep in mind the agenda of this administration, which hinge on security, free education, zero tolerance for corruption. We need to read through our behavior, as top government secrets must be in tandem with oath of office and allegiance.

“Focus on the 8-point agenda of this administration for good governance.Your loyalty is not negotiable and we must be productive”.
